“Cultural Awareness” – intercultural management training course for skilled workers and executives
This general intercultural course aims to raise general awareness of cultural patterns of behaviour and communication.
This training intends to significantly minimise misunderstandings right from the start and to prevent blunders in an international environment.
The medium of instruction is either German or English.
- Culture-specific patterns of communication and behaviour
- Collaboration and communication in different cultures (a tailor-made course with a focus on just one specific culture is also possible on request)
- “Blunders” and how to prevent them
- Handling possible cultural conflicts (conflict management)
- Opportunities and synergy effects which arise from cultural diversity and how to benefit from them
